Restoring access to affordable insurance in disaster-prone regions through innovation, prevention, and purpose.

Our Purpose

We exist to solve the insurance crisis facing homeowners in high-risk areas

By reducing loss frequency and severity, we make catastrophe insurance both possible and affordable again through data, technology, and a commitment to public good

Why We're Doing It

Climate change is fundamentally reshaping where and how we live. In California, an increasingly arid landscape is fueling record-setting wildfires. Insurers are experiencing larger and more frequent catastrophic losses, but are unable to adjust rates in-line with risk due to regulatory lag and government inaction. As a result, carriers are retreating from the market entirely, leaving families with two bad choices: the insurer of last resort or no insurance at all.Premiums are skyrocketing. Coverage is disappearing. And in time, insurance may become so cost-prohibitive that it threatens the stability of entire communities and real estate market mechanics. We’re working to reverse that trajectory.

What We Believe

  • Everyone deserves protection: Insurance should never compromise a family's ability to own or keep their home.

  • The risk is real and growing: Climate change is driving more frequent and severe catastrophes, and the market isn’t ready.

  • The system is failing: As insurers retreat and costs rise, regulators have yet to deliver solutions, forcing homeowners to fend for themselves.

  • Preparation unlocks access: Smarter construction, transparent risk data, and AI tools make homes more insurable and bring carriers back.

  • Fair risk should mean fair cost: Homeowners who invest in protecting their property deserve access to affordable coverage.

What We Do

AACI Group is building a new approach to catastrophe insurance combining digital intelligence, proven physical protection, and collaboration with forward-thinking carriers. We're starting in California, where options are shrinking. Our companies include:

  • FireFoil, our loss prevention solution that protects homes with proven, underutilized technology.

  • Digital services like Wildfire Action Plan, offering AI-powered guidance to help homeowners prepare and qualify for coverage.

Who We Serve

We serve homeowners navigating rising climate risks and shrinking insurance options. If your coverage has been dropped, you’re priced out, or you’re facing wildfire or storm threats, we’re building practical, affordable solutions for you.

Our Commitment

AACI Group exists to close the protection gap. We bring real solutions to real risk, and we’re committed to helping homeowners remain insurable, secure, and empowered.

The Case for Change

Climate-driven disasters are accelerating while traditional insurers retreat

The market is failing homeowners so we’re out to prove that prevention, innovation, and smarter risk management can reverse this trend and restore access to coverage
